jtwain Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the jtwain platform and all services operated under it. jtwain ("Platform", "we", "our") provides an online gaming and betting service in the Bangladesh market.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement. You must read and understand this document fully before using the platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

jtwain reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any change means you have accepted the updated Terms.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account on jtwain and take part in any gaming activity. This platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Use by minors is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. Creating more than one account from the same person, family, address or IP address is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, jtwain reserves the right to close all such accounts and confiscate the funds.

2.3 Registration Information

You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Providing false information may result in account cancellation. jtwain may request a valid ID (national identity card or passport) at any time for identity verification.

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. jtwain will never ask for your password via email or chat.

• Never share your account details with any third party.
• If unauthorized access is detected, notify our support team immediately.
• Avoid logging in from public devices.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.

Using another person's account or allowing someone else to use your account is a direct violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account cancellation.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are supported for depositing funds on jtwain: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

• Only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• Deposits via third parties are strictly prohibited.
• Funds are credited to your account instantly upon deposit.
• Keep proof of your deposit transactions.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to complete. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.

Withdrawal requests above ৳10,000 may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed. jtwain reserves the right to temporarily suspend a withdrawal if fraudulent activity is suspected.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No other currency is supported.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500. Alternatively, depositing ৳14,000 gives the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 for a total balance of ৳24,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x). This means you must place bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount before you can withdraw it. This requirement must be met within 30 days of receiving the bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Policy

• Each bonus offer may have its own terms and conditions.
• Bonuses are non-withdrawable — they may only be used for placing bets.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically stated.
• jtwain reserves the right to cancel a bonus if misuse of a promotional offer is suspected.
• VIP members will receive additional benefits according to their tier.

5.4 VIP Program

The jtwain VIP program has four levels: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.4%), Silver (up to 0.8%), Gold (up to 1.1%) and Platinum (up to 1.5%). You can advance to a higher level by staying regularly active.

All games available on the jtwain platform operate according to specific rules. The individual rules for each game can be found in the game launch panel.

• Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, follow the subsequent contact guidelines.
• If your connection is lost during a game, the bet amount will not be refunded; however, the outcome will be determined according to the server log.
• Live casino games are broadcast in real time and the dealer's decision is final.

For cricket and sports betting, if an event is cancelled the bet amount will be refunded. Match results will be determined according to the official scoreboard.

The following activities are strictly prohibited. Violating these rules may result in account cancellation and confiscation of funds:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts or automated software.
• Intentionally exploiting system errors or bugs.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers.
• Disrespectful behaviour towards platform staff.
• Actions intended to damage your own or another person's account.
• Attempting chargebacks or credit card fraud against the platform.

Continued use of the platform after updated Terms have been published means you have accepted the new Terms. You are advised to check this page regularly.

In the event of any dispute or complaint, please contact our customer support team first. We always aim to resolve issues through discussion.

After a complaint is submitted, we will provide an initial response within 7 business days. Complex matters may take up to 30 days to resolve.
